The President of the National Association of physically disabled in Angola (ANDA), named Silva Lopes Etiambulo, declared that  in Angola, 10,119 desabled people were inserted into the market labour between April 2003 and the 31^st of decembre 2011 thanks to a project called: “Vem Comigo”.

It  represents a big progress in Africa and that could allow this country to get a good development and to be more competitive.

This association will celebrate his 20 years old birth on the 2^nd of february 2012.

Silva Lopes Etiambulo Said that all has been possible thanks to the assistance provided by the ministry of public administration, employment and social security which finances this project.

The ANDA association was created on the 2^nd  of  february 1992 in Luanda.
